• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to 2 weeks .
  Please note: We ship using canada post. Not signed for as it the cheapest option available.
  If you think your mail is in danger of being stolen from your mail box and you would like a signation confirmation or tracked. Go to the shipping add ons and add it to your cart. US,UK or Europe only.All other destinations please contact us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship worldwide. You name it. UK, US E.T.C.We welcome all clients.
  AS for our Nigerian clients, could you email us first before placing your order.

  There sure is.For business inquiries our number is (416) 839 3233. We dont accept orders over the phone.

• Signed/ tracked deliveries

  We do tracked or signed for deliveries for an additional price. For USA, UK or Europe.There is a section located where you can add on.All other countries please contact us to request a quote.

• Lost packages/ incorrect address

  Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our store, we are not responsible for them as Canada post is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and Canada post. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect destination inputed, you are responsible for paying the RE-SHIP fees.
